The PGA in BB&O Datchet tournament was held yesterday with Paul Newman emerging as the clear winner.

On a day of extremely high winds Paul Newman was the only player to break par over the tricky Datchet course. Managing to keep control of the ball on the outward holes and then taking advantage on the downwind holes Paul managed a fantastic 66 (-4) to finish 5 strokes clear of runner up Martin Woodbridge who in turn finished two strokes clear of Tom Fleming and Scott Marshall.

We now move on to our 1st Order of Merit event the Spring Classic at the Berkshire on 14th April where again I'm sure that Paul will be keen to be in contantion over the fantastic Blue Course.
